Kevin M. Beck

4074215_1Kevin is a shareholder with Kelly & Lemmons. He joined the firm as a law clerk in October 2006 and was hired as an attorney after becoming licensed in October 2008. Most of his practice is devoted to litigation in the areas of Labor and Employment, Criminal, and Municipal law. Kevin manages all aspects of civil litigation files, both plaintiff’s and defense, from drafting pleadings, to discovery and motion work, through completion of trial and appellate arguments. Kevin makes frequent appearances as a prosecutor in Ramsey County criminal court and throughout the State on behalf of private criminal defense clients.
