Nearly all of the attorneys of our firm are knowledgeable in municipal law, and our partners and associates practice in a diverse range of related fields, including real estate law, administrative law, eminent domain, corporate law and civil litigation. Senior Partner Patrick J. Kelly has practiced since 1975, including 28 years of steady guidance as city attorney for the City of Maplewood. Mr. Kelly was installed in 2006 as president of the Minnesota State Bar Association, in a position to influence state law and public policy on behalf of clients.
